iPhone storage incorrect and iTunes Apps list not loading

Hi,

My iPhone (5S, iOS 9.0.2) is displaying no storage space remaining.

When connected to iTunes (12.3.0.44) it is saying there are 6GB of Apps but this does not tally with what is listed in storage settings on the iPhone.

Additionally when I try to view the apps in iTunes they do not seem to load - the Apps screen is blank, as below. The Home Screens pane loads correctly but not the apps pane.

Does anyone have any ideas how to resolve this?
