Hey guys, well what I want to know is that I have asphalt 8 on my iPod touch and have a good progress on it, but now I bought an iPad mini and I downloaded asphalt 8, so I want to know if I can use like an iCloud handoff to use my asphalt progress on my iPad too.

No. You have to restore the iPad from a backup of the iPod.

I am also trying to do this but from my phone to my Apple TV
you can't restore an appletv with the backup of an iphone
so if the developer of the game store saves in game centre it will work
if they don't it will not.
