iTunes APPCRASH on Windows 7

I am up to date on iTunes software. I bought a new iphone 6. I am trying to load my music onto my iPhone, sync, and backup to my PC. Every time I open iTunes it works for a minute or two, then crashes. I literally can't get it to do anything, incuding updating the apps on the program. I am so frustrated. Can anybody help me?
