iOS9 has made SimCity BuiltIt app unstable

And iOS 9.0.1 and iOS 9.0.2. I am using an iPad 2 (2nd generation iPad), and this very graphic intense game worked perfectly until I updated to iOS9! Now the game freezes and crashes and has even crashed and frozen my iPad! It is the only app that does this on my iPad. It will crash and freeze even when it is the only app running. I have no doubt it is the iOS upgrade that has unstablized this game. Please investigate. Or is Apple no longer supporting iPad 2's??
