Oct 10, 2015 6:25 AM in response to Loner Tby Matteo Marazzi,I'm sure that I've got the appropriate version for my Mac because it previously worked but accidentally I deleted all the drivers. The thing is that I actually have all the drivers, but I don't know how to install them because I ain't able to use my mouse and keyboard.
That's my real question: since they don't work, how can I install those drivers?

Oct 10, 2015 7:19 AM in response to Loner Tby Matteo Marazzi,Well, I think that to enter in Windows safe mode I have to press F8 on my keyboard while it's loading the Windows os but I can't use my keyboard at all.
Is there any other way to enter in safe mode without using keyboard? -
Oct 10, 2015 7:37 AM in response to Matteo Marazziby Loner T,1. Is this a wired keyboard?
2. Before the Windows installed drivers are loaded, Safe mode loads generic drivers to allow external devices to function. If you keyboard does not work before Windows has started loading, you may have other issues. Please try safe mode.
3. You may need to run the following two procedures to make it work during the Startup phase.
Resetting the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac - Apple Support

Oct 10, 2015 7:47 AM in response to Loner Tby Matteo Marazzi,Unfortunately I haven't got any wired keyboard and I already tried to press F8 with my wireless keyboard and it didn't work.
Do you suggest me to try one of these procedures?
Thank you very much for your patience. -
Oct 10, 2015 7:56 AM in response to Matteo Marazziby Loner T,Try the SMC reset first. If you used a USB installer to initially install Windows. It also has the ability to Repair Windows, if you boot from it. Since you have SP1, you should build an installer with that version.

Oct 10, 2015 8:10 AM in response to Loner Tby Matteo Marazzi,Well, I tried SMC reset and it worked. Now I'm able to access the windows safe mode, but even in this mode, neither my mouse nor my keyboard work.
now I'm in the black screen where I can choose between different ways to start Windows, again. Maybe there's another way instead of the safe mode?
