Frozen Movie - SD Download?

I own the HD version of Frozen and cannot seem to dowload the SD version. I'd like to use the SD version on my iPad to save space.

If I "buy" the SD movie on iTunes can I download it for free because I already own the HD version - purchased from iTunes? Or do I have to buy the SD version as well.

In iTunes, under purchases, I do not get prompted to download the "non-HD" version of Frozen. All the other movies I've purchased have allowed me this option.
