Replacement iPhone 5S continues to request restore.

I just received a replacement iPhone 5S. I backed up before switching. Then restored as usual. The new phone only partially restored. EverytimeI connect to my mac. I am asked to restore the phone. What did I miss. Please help. I am ready to trash it.
