App purchases shows blank
IN the App Store my purchases show up blank even though I've purchased dozens of apps.

ARe you signed into your Apple ID in Settings>iTunes & App Store>Apple ID!
If you are signed in, close the App Store and force restart the device.
Press the Home button two times quickly. You'll see previews of your recently used apps. Swipe left to find the app you want to close.
Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
To force restart your device, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home button for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
