It's the same for the E3276 modem after installing Huawei MobileConnectDriver (4.25.45.00); which I understood was the latest driver(?). My iMac running El Capitan now tells me the Huawei software has corrupted the register.

If I do a 'csrutil disable' and re-install I can get a one-off instance of the Mobile Partner software to work, but as soon as I quit or re-boot, I'm back to the system error report and the Huawei Mobile Partner then no longer works.
