all episodes not listed

I submitted my podcast to iTunes, but all episodes are not listed. I changed all of the files to MP3. New episodes are posted, but there are a bunch missing from the beginning. How do I resolve this issue?

Obviously I can't give you a detailed response unless you post the URLs of your Store page and feed. The only thing I can suggest is that many podcast creation programs and services limit the number of episodes in the feed, removing old ones when new ones are added once that limit has been reached. It's usually a round number such as 20 or 25. There is usually a setting to increase this. (The iTunes Store does not limit episodes until you reach 301.)

The same four episodes are in the iTunes Store and in the feed. The embed code you quote has nothing to do with it - it does not appear in the feed and iTunes would not read it if it did.

If you look at the associated web page:

https://soundcloud.com/black-meets-world

there are eight episodes but you will notice that after the four most recent the others are headed 'Recent'. This suggests that Soundcloud is doing what I described above, limiting the episodes which get into the feed to four. You should look at Soundcloud's settings for a way to increase this - Soundcloud feeds aren't normally limited in this way so it should be possible to deal with it. If you can't find that you will need to take it up with Soundcloud.
