My screen stops

I have a Mac Book Pro 15 polegadas, 2012, 2,3 GHz Intel Core i7 and some times, mostly when I´m doing a lot of think and using Photoshop, the screen stops and became white and with rose and blues lines. It´s seems linke a video problem. Could you help me sotp this problem? Thanks!
