AMDS

I have tried everything to try and get this working. My AMDS just refuses to run, i go and type in services.msc and try to start AMDS, but it wont work. I've tried uninstalling iTunes, and everyting that comes along with it, Ive tried running microsoft's 'fix it' ive done tons of research to fix the problem and nothing at all! I am getting fed up, I am trying to put music on my phone but i cant because my device isn't recognized. Somebody please help me!
