Got a new phone and accidentally restored it to my previous ipod. Lost all my photos, can I restore it?

So I traded my old iphone 4 for an iphone 5s, they transferred all my contacts, photos etc, except for apps. I go to itunes store on my desktop to download my apps and it gives me two options: to restore as a new phone or to restore from a previous device. I thought to restore from my other device and that my ipod was my iphone 4 so i clicked that and it restarted my phone and now i don't have my photos or apps, is there any way I could get my photos back? Please answer.
