ICloud backup storage "used" but by what?

I have a 20GB plan and 12.6GB of it is "used" in back ups. However, the list of backups is empty, but the space is used. How do you see and more importantly delete these non listed back ups? I tried on all our shared macs and iOs devices at home.. Not showing anywhere.. All of our devices back ups are now turned off. Thoughts?
