How do I report a problem with Game Center?

I Have a problem with connecting to a couple of my games through Game Center. I cannot connect to Spades or Paradise Bay using my home wifi, but can connect with my Verizon hotspot. I have also had problems using another wifi. How do I address this issue? And to whom do I address it? Thank you.
