Disconnecting and Reconnecting from Disney Movies Anywhere?

I've been having issues connecting to my Disney Movies Anywhere account, so I was hoping to disconnect and reconnect my iTunes account. While I have been able to disconnect my iTunes from the DMA account, I am unable to disconnect from iTunes. I've followed the instructions multiple times online and all I am getting is a "Try Again Later". If I try to connect my iTunes from my DMA account all it says is that my iTunes account is already connected to a different DMA account. How do I resolve this?

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
