Mail (iCloud email address) outgoing smtp server gone in El Capitan?

On my iPhone nothing changed with iOS 9, I can send and receive emails fine.

But on my Mac using Mail and the same iCloud email address, now I can only receive, as the outgoing smtp server disappeared.

This is what I get going to Preferences, and I have no idea what I must input to go back to being able to send emails on my Mac.

Help would be greatly appreciated. I obviously did nothing, El Capitan did this:

So there is nothing to choose from, and if I go to Edit I get this and again no idea what to do:

I tried going through my iPhone Mail settings, and found the smtp outgoing server settings.

Tried copying them in here somehow, but some things are different, and in the end it doesn't work.

Really need to fix this, dunno how!

Silly me, I went to this Apple support page "iCloud Mail Server Settings for Email Clients" to solve the missing outgoing iCloud Email server problem El Capitan caused when I downloaded it. Instead of the simple solution applewarm gave us above (which worked for me) Apple gave the condescending message "Do you (really) need these mail server settings?" Well, yes actually.
