iPhone heated 5s

I have a 16GB iPhone 5s gold

For some months now it has the following fails: 1. The team will not last nearly drums. 2. Heat 3. Heat without using it when I'm loading "sometimes" For this type of failure does not last me almost load.

I have used all the traditional methods is updated to the latest version 9.0.2 I made a clean restoration and even the fault persists.

Can someone please help me with this problem? or any recommendations you can give me.
