Apple TV won't connect to computer

Apple TV (2nd Generation) use to work perfectly fine...no longer.

It has the latest software, I can preview movies in iTune store and watch anything on the channels.

I can't not Airplay anything from any device (my iPhone or my iPad) it won't show up in Airplay menu.

Won't connect to my computer (Win 10), iTunes is open, Home sharing is on etc. that's not the issue.

Things I've tried:

I have re-initialized the Apple TV and did not fix my problem

Thought maybe it was my Win 10 so added iTunes ports exception in Win Firewall but that would not explain why I can't do Airplay.

Or setting on my router?

No idea how to fix this.
