how do i delete El Capitan beta and install official release

Depends on which version of the beta you have.

If your beta is some version of 10.11, you can just go to the App Store and download the public release.

If your beta is version 10.11.01 or 10.11.1, then what you have is newer than the public release. The only way to downgrade is to restore the entire volume from a clone or a Time Machine backup. Risky and definitely not worth it.

Just download the release version of OS X 10.11 from the App Store and install over the beta. No issues doing that.
