when on my computer my mouse will randomly move around and click on items without me even touching it is there anyway to fix this?

i have went into settings and changed the pad setting and its still doing it. Please help.

First try the steps in this support article:

Also open the MBP and take out the battery and inspect it to see if it has expanded. It may be interfering with the trackpad.
