After upgrading to El Capitan, all the files and folders that were in the iCloud Drive are missing and do not seem to be trying to download. I tried logging out and logging into iCloud to force it to sync and it is doing nothing. I think this might be a bug? 😟

It took a while for it to start syncing but I finally got a visual progress that it was downloading the files back to the hard drive. Logging out of and into the drive seemed to kick it off.

I encountered a similar problem where all the sub-folders in Mail disappeared after upgrading to El Capitan. As of now, they have yet to reappear.
