Notes isn't syncing between iMac and iCloud

Notes is syncing between my iPhone and iCloud, but not syncing between iMac and iCloud.

Calendar and other things are working.

Default account in iMac is definitely iCloud.

I tried several times deleting my iCloud account and re-activating. Also tried turning off the notes in iCloud setting and then turning on.

How should I fix this problem??
