I resently deleted an account which I think was corrupted and now want to move the iTunes library to my other account. I do have an account labelled "deleted" but how do I move music and videos over so that they appear in the new/other account from the old deleted account?/

Are you referring to another Apple ID? Or what "account"?
I think one of my account got corrupted when I updated to El Capitan and so I deleted it as per Apple Knowledge Base and transferred thing to the new account. I cannot find however where the old account stored the home videos that i had in in the corrupted account; both account are on my iMac with the same apple ID
