itunes 12.3 can not authorise account and crash

Hi, I recently tried apple music service. When I tried to authorise my windows 8 pc through itunes, versioned 12.3.0.44, it crashed. Following this procedure:

1. authorise computer, input account and password --> error back say can not find the requested resource.

2. click view account and input account and password

3. click de-authorise all computer

4. itunes crasheeeeeed!!!!

I have authorised this windows computer before, and last week on another computer, I de-authorised all computer. Today I come back to my windows pc, it have issues with apple music and can not play anymore. That's why I do things above and it crashed like 4~5 times until I gave up to try.

Anyone get the same issue with me??
