When I sync my iPad mini to my Mac, I get a message saying "iTunes cannot sync photos to the iPad “SUSAN's iPad” because your Photos Library is not yet available. Please try again later."
I have always synced my ipad mini photos to my Mac, except for Photo Stream, which is cloud-based. Since upgrading to iOS 9 and El Capitan, I get the error message above. How can this be fixed?
