Why is my iPhone 6 not showing up in "This PC" or in iTunes?

I have a Windows 10 desktop computer and my iPhone 6 charges when it is plugged into my computer, but my iPhone 6 is not showing up in "This PC" or in iTunes. Also the iCloud will not install on this computer either. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall iTunes with no success.
