iPad 3rd Generation iOS 9 speakers not working

I have updated my iPad 3 to IOS 9 and today the built in speakers stop working. The sounds work well when I use my earphone. I have tried all the steps (reboot the iPad, Rest, cleaning the charging doc, checking the side button that control the app sounds and rings) but nothing have worked so far.

Any idea on how to fix the issue?
