NUMBERS CURRENCY: DECIMALS SHOW AS COMMAS

OS X Mav 10.9.5 - Numbers 3.1 - Ever since I arrived in Europe, my spreadsheets have converted all my decimal points to commas. Currency formatting does not reverse this. New spreadsheets also - even when selecting US $ vs € under Cell/Data Formatting/Currency. What happened and how can I fix this?

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

Hi DWNHLLFLYR,

Most of Europe uses comma (,) as the decimal separator

You mac must have the location set automatically. In Europe the comma is used as the decimal separator.

If you do not want your computer to change location automatically, open "System Preferences > Security & Privacy":

Then click the lock at the bottom, left, authenticate, and uncheck the "Enable Location Services"

You can add or remove applications that can use the location services.

You can also change settings in "System Preferences > Language & Region"
