Drum mapping to a spds

Hi dose any one know if i can map from MainStage to my roland Spd-s?

In abelton it allows you to do that, through Midi

Id like to use it to trigger tracks as well as assign samples to the Spd-s pads.

so in essence, main stage is the brain and the Spd-s is the Trigger.

Please help.
