Invisible navigations bars in iBooks?

Does anyone know if it is possible to block (hide) the navigation bars (above and below) in iBooks?

If I block the app (privacy) you can still go to the library. I want that option to be invisible. Java script perhaps? Another solution?

If not, can Apple enable this?
