i am haivng iphone 6 pluse i can,t make out going call for last 4 days but incoming is perfect

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9.0.2

Contact your cellular provider and verify your account for outgoing calls.

Incoming calls could be free of charge, but outgoing is not.

Can you be more specific? what happens when you try to make outgoing calls? possibility is that you it is from your provider.
