How to give Individual apple IDs to all devices

I have used all my apple devices (macbook iPhone & IPad) on same apple ID having same emailed. Can i give each device an individual ID so that the all have separate iCould storage and are able to communicate amongst each other.

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 9.0.2

If they don't share a common ID they won't communicate with each other, is that really what you want?

You should be able to use Family Sharing to share certain types of information and content.
