Hi, I want to sell my Mac Book Pro early 2011, SSd drive. How do I erase my content on the hard drive before I see it, and any tips on where to sell it? I got a cash offer or $455. It has intel i7, 2.00 ghz, and 8GB Ram, and 256 SSD.

you'll want to use the section "Erase a drive and install OS X" to wipe the SSD first.
$455 cash for the 2011 13" sounds about right. It's a bit for more the 15"
You'll have to be in recovery mode to erase the disk, it wont let you do it while booted to OSX. Command + R while restarting to enter recovery mode.
Once you erase the drive, you'll want to reinstall OSX. You said 2011, and check here to see if you can use internet recovery, as its MUCH easier Computers that can be upgraded to use OS X Internet Recovery - Apple Support
Now, depending on how secure you want to get, just following those instructions does not actually remove all the data. It's not readable to 99% of the world, but if someone "really" wanted your data they can still get it. Think Hillary's email server and "wiping" the data. Unless you have some serious personal information on there, or think the buyer would be after your personal data, i wouldn't read into this too much, but i did want to be clear.
