Itunes wont read my Ipod...

My computer does read that my Ipod is connected but Itunes does not... Windows 10 Ipod Ios 9.0.2 ITunes Ver 12.3. I am reinstalled iTunes, reset my ipod. Nothing is working.

iPod touch, iOS 9.0.2
