Lte connection problem in iOS 9.0.2

Hi! Reset your network settings.

Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings

Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.

• Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
• Press and hold on the Home button
• Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

but it don't work

I'm not professional but so I understand, Apple crate LTE activation on iOS 9 means the operator ( carrier ) can not activate LTE automatic it will need a kind of activation code only Apple have and Apple don't provide this code to mtn irancell jet.

also changing of APN setting or IPCC will not help just Apple his self can do this.

So Apple need to allow the operator in this case mtn irancell to provide lte service to the Apple device separate.

if I'm wrong don't hesitate to correct me .
