Keynote transitions failing after installing El Capitan

A presentation that I have been using for some time is no longer responding correctly to the call for video and audio files in slides. The only change in conditions on my machine, A MacBook Pro Retina 15" mid 2014 model is the installation last week of El Capitan.

Has anyone else suffered such an issue ? Is there a known fix ?
