Network service order issue

Hi

I have a 2014 MBP Retina running El Captain 10.11 and a Thunderbolt display with a wired ethernet cable attached. I tried to set service order in network settings to make ethernet connection higher priority than wifi. But after wake up form sleep, there is allways wifi connection used instead of ethernet. Is there any way to prioritize ethernet?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X El Capitan (10.11)
