After reviewing your post, it sounds like the computer is not booting. It will panic and then suddenly shut down. It looks like you have already done some troubleshooting. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

After reinstalling again El Capitan
Turn off computer then restart in Recovery mode by after pushing turn on hold command and R keys.
Then, reinstall El Capitan OS X once again.
Then, when you have access to your computer
1. Go to apple logo then preferences
2. Users & groups
3. Login items
4. Erase anything within this box
Celebrate you'll never have this problem ever again
