After I restored my Iphone 6, Apple pay doesn't take my credit card, it says the card is already in the wallet.

I have a similar problem. After a restore iphone 6+ applepay will not take my credit card.
Waited 5 days for an apple store appointment and went. They check on my iPhone and found nothing wrong except that apple pay doesn't take my credit card. They offer me a new Iphone but I would have to pay $300, to what I said: I rather spend the money on a Samsung and not repeat a mistake with apple twice.
I think Apple will disappear like RCA, Zenith, Westinghouse and other companies that didn't take care of their costumers and products.
After restore, apple pay doesn't take my credit card.
