Screen on my 6 (9.0) does not react when touched. Therefore I cannot turn it off, something I thought might help. Everything else seems to work fine. Anybody have any ideas?
Having the same issue with new 6s. Seemed to start after the last software update.
Try holding the home button and the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and the apple logo appears. If this doesn't help, check out this link: http://www.igeeksblog.com/iphone-6-6-plus-touch-screen-unresponsive/ 🙂
