iPhone 6 Music Volume Drop After Notification v.2

Since the last post for this was October 2014.

I am opening another one. We are already in iOS 9 for the iPhone.

My iPhone is an iPhone 6.

Do we have an answer for this one?

Do we have a remedy for this Apple?
