EL Captain download error
hello,
I am having macbook pro 2013 purchased recently,was on Yosemite Os earlier.
Currently have dowloaded new vesrion EL-CAPTIAN but facing download error.

If you get a message that the download encountered an error, you will have to try the download again.
If that is not possible, look in the /Applications folder for the failed Download, and move it to the Trash and Empty the Trash. It will have a name that tells you it is the incoming Mac OS X download, and may have a symbol that indicates the download is still in progress.
