I have an iPhone 5S, but it's can't send text messages to other iPhones.
I can send messages to android devices, but for iPhones, I can't.
My iMessage, and "Send as SMS" is already turned on, but thats doesn't work.
Do you know, how can I solve this problem?

I think I didn't write perfectly what is my prroblem.
I can send iMessages to iPhones, but I can't send sms, or just a simple text message. (So, I would like to use that one, which doesn't needed Wi-Fi, or mobile data)
But I tried to do what you wrote, but that doesn't helped me.
But now the iMessage, doesn't wanna workin' too.
It says I need to activate it with an sms, but I can't send.
