my apple ID cannot sign into my new iphone 6s

Hi,


i can logon to my apple ID via my computer but when i setup my new phone (as a new phone) and try and use my ID it comes back as "incorrect Apple ID or Password" Try another Apple ID message on the phone.


I know 100% my apple ID is valid and my password is correct (i have reset several times and it works), I have also know the phone is connected to the internet.


Can anyone help ?

just in case anybody be else experiences this problem, continue with the iPhone setup without signing in. Then sign in at the end, even apple support could not see the issue with me account.
