My phone just showed me "You must change your passcode within 60 minutes". It looks like regular system message, but still I am bit suspicious, I never experienced this kind of behavior before. Is it legit or what should I do? Is it possible to be some kind of virus?

Changed passcode no problem .

Do you have an exchange account enabled on the phone from your employers? If so, they can push out security profiles that enforce certain rules on passwords, or enforce a timeout on passwords.
Apple itself does not enforce any rules or restrictions on device passcode at all (they honestly don't care whether you even use a passcode on your device or not).
Thanks for message. No... The phone is personal, not jailbroken, nothing. And I didn´t install any profiles etc. That´s why it so weird for me.
I Think that it's suspicious. I would not do anything that this message suggest
I Had the same message appear today.
I received this message too/as well/also this morning! I rebooted (as all good IT professionals would advise!) and, so far, the message has not reappeared.
