Ipad doesn't update to ios 9 shows error 3194

Hey Guys,

So I have an IPad mini 2 WI-fi model A1489 and a few weeks ago before the release of ios 9 my ipad was in ios 7 So I downloaded this iPad4,4_8.4_12H143_Restore.ipsw to restore to ios 8.4 I tried to manually restore it it showed my 3194 error then I tried everything like checked my hosts, disabled my firewall, updated itunes but nothing happened still showed the same error, I tried a different PC but still no luck so I waited for ios 9 now when I downloaded this iPad4,4_9.0_13A344_Restore.ipsw now when I tried to restore again in 2 pc's it showed the 3194 error again and again.

iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1.2

That is because you cannot restore to that iOS. Apple is no longer signing it, and that is why you are receiving that error. That error code is about attempting to put an iOS on a device that is not designed. You can only restore to the latest iOS that your device can run, which at this time is iOS 9.0.2. Continued attempts to try and hack in the older iOS can disable your device.

And does anyone know when 9.0.3 is coming cause I don't wanna spend my time download 9.0.2

information about Apple's release plans.

Is there a particular reason you do not want to instal 9.0.2 now?

Yea thanks btw I was just saying to not waste my time again downloading that one while this is finished so for now I downloaded this http://appldnld.apple.com/ios9.0.2/031-37302-20150930-7EC43B18-64A0-11E5-9C55-44 E151D92A8C/iPad4,4_9.0.2_13A452_Restore.ipsw

is it okay according to my ipad model?

You have to use the current iOS. Also instead of downloading these foreign ipsw, just connect the device to iTunes and update. iTunes will download the correct ipsw from the Apple servers and update the device. No need to download something and try and force things, that is what caused you problems to start with.
