Using multiple x values for one y value?

I have a data table that looks like this:

Corrected Volume

Sample pH

0.02

4.61

0.98

2.67

1.7

2.28

2.35

1.88

2.7

1.63

2.75

1.51

2.75

1.4

2.75

1.3

2.75

1.23

2.75

1.16

2.75

1.11

2.75

1.07

2.7

1.03

3

0.93

I have multiple x values (pH) for the one v value (volume). How can i graph this so that the x values all use the same y value? Currently the graph is creating 7 different "2.75" points and placing my x values in a horizontal line. I need them all using one "2.75" point, and appearing in a vertical line on the graph. How can I do this? Thanks!
