Icloud notes chrome error on win 8.1/64

Im using win 8.1/64/pro and when I login into my icloud account using latest release of Chrome 64 bits (This also happens under win10 and chrome 32 bits)

I get this error every time I try to see the notes.

Mail, Contacts, Drive, Calendar, etc work just fine.

My iphone 6/128 is running IOS 9.02
