partition problem

please help me with this question,

i have three partition, 1,Macintosh HD ,capacity 200.31 GB, available 39.54 GB

2,local -1 capacity 274.32 GB.available 220.24 GB

3,local -2 capacity 274.05 GB,available 144.93 GB

i need to make it 3 but i want to increase the size for macintosh HD and need to instal windows with boot camp its possible ? how?
